Longevity

Solid and sturdy

Trespa Meteon is engineered for exterior application especially for facades. The panels turn wood-based fibers and resin into a highly resistant, dimensionally stable building material with an integral surface using Trespa’s unique in-house technology, Electron Beam Curing (EBC). When properly installed, Trespa Meteon resists moisture, freeze-thaw cycles, mold and rot as well as termites.

Its homogenous, high density core makes Trespa Meteon extremely robust. Under typical conditions, the material lasts for many years with negligible performance loss.

Consistent and high-density throughout, Trespa Meteon holds bolts, screws and other mechanical fixings solidly. The panels have good compressive and tensile strength and excellent pullout and impact resistance, yet Trespa Meteon is easily machinable and workable like hardwood.

We were able to recover Trespa Meteon panels that had been exposed to the weather for 20+ years.
