TS210-285 Concealed Bracket-Railfix on an Aluminum Subframe
Panels of minimum 3/8” (10mm)* thickness may be fixed invisibly (on buildings where the performance criteria of NFPA 285 are required) by attaching metal hanging brackets with inserts of screws to the back of the panel. The panels are fixed to a metal subframe. Each panel has two adjusting points and a fixed point at the top, so adjusting is possible and unwanted movement of the panel cannot happen.
*When utilizing this fixing method with Gloss texture, 1/2” (13mm) panel thickness is required.
Technical Details
• Invisible fixing with the highest degree of design freedom
• Max sheet size: 143" x 73" (3650x1860mm)
• Fixing with brackets and rails
• 3/8" (10mm) minimum panel thickness with exception of Gloss texture which requires 1/2" (13mm) minimum panel thickness
FIXING SYSTEMS
Not all the systems shown here are suitable for all applications and jurisdictions.
Trespa provides testing, code and design data for informational purposes only and strongly recommends that the customer obtains independent advice regarding compliance with design requirements, applicable codes, laws and regulations, and test standards.
Please check your local codes and design requirements.
Multi Story Fire Test
Trespa systems have successfully passed the NFPA 285, a full scale fire test referred to by the IBC and required for specific multi story applications in the USA. Please refer to the drawings on this website for the exact design details of these specific NFPA 285 systems. In addition, the Trespa installation systems, as described on the ULC online directory, meet the CAN/ULC-S134 standard in combination with uni-color or metallic panels in the defined thicknesses. For projects requiring compliance with Canadian Standard CAN/ULC-S134, please contact our Technical Services Department for more information or refer to the listing in the ULC online directory.
